The Space

Manhattan Edit Workshop is located at 80 Fifth Ave and 14th Street, one block from Union Square in Manhattan and near all major subway lines.

Room One: This office can be used as a personal office, classroom, production office or a editing suite. It has a great view of 14th Street and Fifth Ave. skyline and is privately located in the back of the entire suite. Each tenant will have full access to our kitchen, wireless internet and common area.

Room Two: The office can be used as conference room, edit suite, classroom and production office. It has a large closet and a separate built in shelving unit with abundant storage space. Each tenant will have full access to our kitchen, wireless internet and common area.

Editing Suite will include a Mac Pro Tower, cinema display or dual computer monitor, SD external video monitor, Final Cut Pro Studio 3 or Avid, and a Sony DSR11. Rates are $250 per day or $750 a week. Additional editing stations can be added for $100 each a day.
