Jean Tsien's work as an editor includes the Peabody Award-winning Malcolm X: Make It Plain, for which she received an Emmy nomination for Best Editing; and Something Within Me, which won the Audience Award, Film Maker's Trophy, and Special Jury Award for Merit at the 1993 Sundance Film Festival.
