Debby Germino is an award-winning film and television editor based in Los Angeles, with credits spanning diverse projects like Lost Ollie (for which she won a Children's & Family Emmy for best editing), Genius, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Fargo, and Goosebumps. Finding the heart & emotion in every moment is why she is passionate about the work she does. Whether she is visualizing Einstein's mind in Genius or bringing to life a toy rabbit in Lost Ollie, she intends to make you feel something meaningful and transformational.

This focus on emotional transformation extends beyond the edit bay. Recognizing the high-stress environment in the entertainment industry, she prioritizes mental & physical wellness. This led her to become a certified meditation teacher and a somatic stress release coach, where she employs the same skills to help people feel their emotions for transformation.

In addition to editing and coaching, she produces "The Zack Arnold Podcast", a podcast aimed at helping creative professionals navigate the challenges, stresses, and uncertainties of working in an ever-changing, unstable, gig economy. Though editing is her first love, she recognizes the importance of using her skills in many areas, both for financial stability as well as creative freedom.
